This allows enzymes naturally present in the meat to break down the
muscle tissue, resulting in improved texture and flavour

but we also work to guarantee the sustainability and integrity of the environment
for lasting results. Our Bonsmara cattle receive a nutritionally balanced diet,
free of any animal by-products to provide you with the highest quality of meat.
