– 2 x 1.2 kg Picanha steaks
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 teaspoons of sea salt
– 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Chimichurri Sauce:
– 1/2 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
– 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
– 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon of sea salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
