Lamb Ribs with Mustard and Thyme Marinade

Lamb Ribs with Mustard and Thyme Marinade
Ingredients:
– 1 kg of lamb ribs
– 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
– 2 tbsp of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tsp of dried thyme
– 1 tsp of paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and paprika.

2. Place the lamb ribs in a large shallow dish and pour the marinade over the ribs.

3. Use your hands to rub the marinade into the ribs until they are completely coated.

4. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight if possible.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

6. Place the ribs in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through and the edges are slightly charred.
