Slow-Cooked Lamb Ribs with Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients:
– 1 kg of lamb ribs
– 2 cups of red wine
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 sprig of fresh thyme
– 2 bay leaves
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 150°C.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the red wine, garlic, onion, thyme, bay leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are fully combined.
