Grilled Lamb Ribs with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients:
• 1 kg of lamb ribs
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of sea salt
• freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat a barbecue or grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture on both sides of the ribs.
4. Grill the ribs for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
