Ingredients:
– 1 kilogram of lamb ribs, cut into individual pieces
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 2 large onions, minced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
– 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
– 1/2 teaspoon of ground chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom
– 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
– 2 cups of coconut milk
– 2 cups of chicken broth
– 1/2 cup of freshly chopped cilantro

Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
