Lamb Ribs with Mint and Honey Glaze

Ingredients:
– 1 kg lamb ribs
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Place the lamb ribs onto a baking tray. Sprinkle with the garlic, pepper, and salt.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, and mint.

4. Brush the honey mixture over the ribs, making sure to evenly coat them.

5. Place the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

6. After 30 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and brush the ribs with the remaining honey mixture.

7. Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through and golden brown.
