Picanha Steak with Herb-Garlic Marinade

This recipe is a delicious and simple way to enjoy a Brazilian-style picanha steak. The herby-garlic marinade gives the steak a unique flavor that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

– 1 kg picanha steak
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
– 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano, chopped
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of sea salt
– ½ tablespoon of freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions:

1. Place the picanha steak in a shallow bowl.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, rosemary, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Rub the marinade all over the steak, making sure to cover it completely.

4. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

5. Preheat a grill or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Place the steak on the preheated grill or skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes each side, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
